How can I set up an account with YVSG and receive ongoing assistance for my small business? YVSG strives to make the process as easy as possible.  Submit a service request detailing your specific needs, or simply let us know that you require the services of a Virtual Assistant.  You may do this by: posting a request on our Facebook page wall, email to servicerequest@yourvirtualservicegroup.com, tweet us at @YVSG, or call  (224) 637-9279.  We then reply with an intake form to gather information about your business, project, event, etc.

So, what if I know that I need a personal assistant but I don't know what a Virtual Personal Assistant can do for me? Well, YVSG specializes in creating customized service plans based on your unique needs.  We take your intake form answers, information regarding your needs, our menu of services, and your "to do" lists all in consideration. We then make suggestions to aid you in choosing the services that best meet your needs. This is how we determine what to include in your affordable, flexible and customized package.

What services do you provide as a Virtual Assistant? While we have an extensive Menu of Services and have assembled a capable group of professionals to deliver them, here are just a few of the most requested and needed services by small business owners: Social Media Network Management, Power Point Presentations, Remote Receptionist services, Cold call script creation and calls, Customer appointment setting, Administration support, Project planning and support, Marketing support, and much more. What if I just need help on my secretaries day off, while she/he is on Vacation, or on my busy days? Due to the nature of our business we are flexible and reliable  resources for your small business support needs.  When your staff needs a little help meeting your deadlines, when you have overflow work that needs to be completed, when your "right hand man" goes on Vacation, when you have a last minute project to deliver, or when you just need an assistant on your busiest days; YVSG is there for you.  Once you have established your client account, we make it a painless process to request assistance. You receive support services ONLY when you need them.  You do not pay for services during "downtime" or when you don't need them.

What if I need onsite support or live office help? While YVSG is a Virtual business and we offer support from our Virtual office, we can often outsource "onsite" or live office personnel from our list of trusted vendors and or proven independent contractors we have had experience working with. Please do not hesitate to ask when your needs require live support.  Additionally,  YVSG headquarters located in Houston, TX is capable of offering Small Business support for many local area businesses!

What can you offer for my Business Facebook Fanpage, Twitter Account or Linkedin Profile page? YVSG loves Social Media Networking!  We take pride in the fact that we manually manage all of our clients Social Media with a personalized touch.  We focus on getting to know YOUR business, YOUR fan base, YOUR vision and YOUR goals.  Once we get a feel for the climate or culture of your Social Media Community, we jump in there to do the following: Engage your followers, connections, and "likes", Post meaningful and insightful information for your fans, share promotions and or announcements, search for ways to grow your online social media networking presence and much more. How am I billed for services? YVSG uses trusted and secure invoicing by PayPal.  We submit all of our invoices by email via secure PayPal link, complete with instructions and billing details. Typically, payment terms are outlined while setting up your Client Account, however, special projects may require personalized payment plans. Who provides services and completes work when I submit my service request to YVSG? Your Virtual Service Group is a family owned and operated full service company.  We are proud to say that all work is completed here in the United States of America by our team of professionals.  On occasion we require the services of Independent Contractors to complete a project, however we always work with proven and trusted professionals here in the USA.  In these cases, We offer full disclosure at all times.

My business deals with confidential documents and I need to trust who I hire as a Virtual Assistant. How can I be sure that I can trust the staff at YVSG? Well, in addition to offering up to 2 references upon request, YVSG is bonded for your protection as well as ours.  We have a strict Confidentiality Agreement in place and an industry leading Privacy Statement, both of which offer you some comfort in knowing that Trust is a priority here at YOUR Virtual Service Group. We also take pride in establishing the type of working relationships that foster trust and  inspire the spirit of working as a team.  YOUR success is our success.

Can I request a specific YVSG team member to hire as my Virtual Assistant? Each team member at YOUR Virtual Service Group has an area of expertise and core competencies.  Although you may request an individual, we often work as a team to complete a project.  Therefore, you are encouraged to request a "Lead" as your VA, although it is not required, and we will happily honor your wishes.  Please see our "YOUR Group" page of YVSG's site for a description of core competencies of each Owner/Partner at YOUR Virtual Service Group.

Do I have to sign a long term contract in order to request services? Typically, YVSG does not require a long term contract AT ALL. Alternatively, a service agreement is presented to you detailing work arrangements agreed upon by both parties.  This agreement will outline terms, payment due dates, service request description, project Lead name, and special instructions. Some service requests require a quarterly agreement when mutually necessary, for example, Marketing projects which require time to reach projected goals.  Please keep in mind, however, that all work completed by YVSG is guaranteed.  While honoring our guarantee, we agree to complete all work to your satisfaction even if it means repeating work until you are 100 percent satisfied.

What if I just need to hire YVSG say once a month for a service and then next month I need weekly assistance, Do I have to make a reservation for help? The Virtual Assistant services provided by YVSG are 100 percent flexible and do not require a reservation or advance notice.  Simply submit a service request and arrangements will be made to complete your work.  We are Virtually there for you at any time.  Although we appreciate advance notice, it is not a necessary requirement.  We are aware that the needs of your Small Business may change, and remain flexible for this reason.
